Hi, I'm Michelle!
I am a qualified Yoga instructor & Reiki practitioner who is passionate about making my heart led practices accessible to as many people as possible.
Many people love the idea of learning Yoga but are often put off for the fear of the ‘Yoga stereotype’ and feel they don’t quite fit the description!
It is my soul purpose to teach you that you CAN do it and to let you know that everyone’s Yoga experience is unique. There are life changing practices waiting for you to connect with them and I am here to gently lead you into this with open arms.

The practices you take away from the mat can be transferred to support you within your daily life.

"First yoga session I told Michelle where my aches and pains were ,she took it slowly, I was very anxious, as I had never done anything like this before, was that good going back."
Mary
"I wanted to try Yoga to help my state of mind and it worked! Michelle’s teaching makes you feel at ease. She is clear and will guide you in the right direction with poses. I am hooked on her classes."

Making Yoga Accessible For All
Would you like to donate to the pay it forward pot?
There was a time when I really wanted to practise yoga, but as a mum with a young family, the cost of attending classes just wasn’t something I could prioritise.
That experience has always stayed with me, and it’s one of the reasons I feel so strongly that yoga should be accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of their circumstances.
That’s where Yoga for All comes from.
Through my Pay It Forward scheme, people can donate towards the cost of a class for someone who may otherwise be unable to attend.
If finances are currently a barrier for you, please get in touch. There’s no judgement and no awkward questions — simply quote “Yoga for All.”
I’m also open to energy exchanges so if the cost of a class is all that is stopping you from joining us, please reach out.
